Purchasing
Process
The purchasing process will proceed as follows:
The sale ofJasopels will be announced through various
channels and brokers, and potential buyers will be
addressed. Discussions about the sale will start
immediately, and a presentation of the portfolio of
Jasopels will be sent directly to individuals and
entities that may have an interest in purchasing the
entire portfolio.
If a potential buyer submits a bid that is acceptable to
the seller, closing discussions will start shortly after
receipt of the bid. However, all interested buyers will be
informed that they have the opportunity to submit an
additional bid.
All bids will be handled equally.
