Purchasing
Process
The purchasing process will proceed as follows:
Through December 2024 until March 2025, the sale of
Kopenhagen Fur will be announced through various
channels and brokers, and potential buyers will be
addressed. Discussions about the sale will start
immediately, and a presentation of the portfolio of
Kopenhagen Fur will be sent directly to individuals and
entities that may have an interest in purchasing the
entire portfolio.
If a potential buyer submits a bid that is acceptable to
the seller, closing discussions will start shortly after
receipt of the bid. However, all interested buyers will be
informed that they have the opportunity to submit an
additional bid.
The sales process is expected to be finalized on or
before 1 May 2025 at the latest.
All bids will be handled equally. The value of the
portfolio of Kopenhagen Fur has previously been
assessed at USD 100m-200m; the expected current
sales price is 2-5% of that value.
